home has been interesting

a bit annoying that i havent been able to go places

it has been nice just chilling with the family but it has been interesting.

I am not sure if I am ready to go back...

 it will be interesting

I use that word a lot eh?

my tattoo is finally healed. I am still a little unsure of how i feel about having it there for the rest of my life.. it is very coverable ... i just try to picture myself as a 60 year old lady with this tattoo and it makes me laugh. :) 

if you cant really see what it is.. well ill tell you . It is a sparrow with a ribbon in its mouth that has a heart and a cross. It is kind of hard to capture... 

well it is finals week... i have done 2 exams and have 3 left.

we are leaving in 2 days.

I am soo stoked to go home but im also sad to leave people...

and not to mention we have sucky internet at home so it wont really be simple for me to talk to people... sadness i know.. lol it might actually be good to just be home and read and crochet or watch tv and movies.. just chill. i dont know how well i am going to manage my time.. if it were up to me id chill at home all morning/afternoon and then go out every night.. but ya know that is not going to happen.

AMAZING THING THAT HAPPENED TO ME...

i got the money out last week for going home... thought i had lost it last year and randomly decided to check where my birth certificate was and found 150 dollars... so on top of what i already took out i have 150 dollars... I am such a scatter brain. i was like oh no im not going to be able to go home.. where is my money.. and then voila i found both stashes of money... lol

18 days... I CAN NOT WAIT!!

Snow is here and staying. A bunch of girls went out and decided to play in the snow..someone decided to push me down into the snow... and my camera fell out of my hand into a mixture of snow/sand...My camera may or may not be broken... if it is... i might just cry.. not gonna lie... 
I am so ready to get home. 

I miss everyone so much.

It seems like a lot of crap is happening here lately.

I guess it is kind of normal to get pretty stressed when it is nearing the end of a semester... 

I love people here but I really need a break. 

This weekend it was super nice to get off campus and go to Moncton. I went to get a dress with Ashliegh Laura Keever and Wes (the guy im going to the banquet with). We went to like three stores and I was really doubting the whole getting a dress thing. Wes and Laura were finding a ton of things for cheap.

We ended at sears and even though there was a ton of dresses i was just like shoot all of these are either rediculously short or tiny like size 2... 

Wes started picking dresses for me to try on and found one that he was like when you try this on i want to see it.. 

It was like several sizes too small.. so i was like umm no Wes I am going to look like crap... soo i went into the changing room and skeptically put it on and magically it fit... and looked good.. and i just kept saying this is not my size how does this fit... no.. this is not my size.. 

lol

I loved shopping with those three friends.. It was honestly sooo much fun. 

Wes and I have soo much in common... we have a super sweet friendship. 

It will be nice going with a guy friend to the Banquet it takes a lot of the pressures and stuff out of it. 

... Things have been kind of sketchy lately. I feel like God is really showing me who is my real friends and who is not.. It has been a pretty rough week or two.. 

I am so ready to go home and drive and be with my family. and friends.. ahh I am soo ready. 

OH WEEKENDS

There was a coffee house last night where people sang and such it was fun. erica alyssa and i decided to have a photo shoot and was fun.
Today Ashleigh and I went to the post office and the Farmer's Market!

It was so much fun.

I bought some emu jerky, samosas and some chips from a guy who was from the middle east. I also bought peanut butter fudge.

It was a very good experience and the guy that was from the middle east was the sweetest guy ever. He talked to us for about an hour. 

We then came back and had dinner. which was super boring. Weekends here sometimes tend to be filled with boredom. You definitely have to make an effort to have fun here. 

I am actually going to hang out with a girl who was in XD last year and stuck around to work here because she wasnt sure if she was supposed to stay... anyways Kim Alex and I are going over there to hang out and spend the night tomorrow. It will be a nice change even though we will still be in sussex. 

Something super exciting is happening in 11 days!!! 

I will probably just post something about it when it happens.

The Christmas banquet is coming up... I want to go and get a dress because I dont really like the one that i have.. i dont know yet.

MY FISH DIED

Alyssa let me adopt her fish about 2 weeks ago. There was a black and white one and I did not even know their names... lol... 

The white one died today and the black one is looking really sad and chilling at the bottom of the bowl. 

I really felt bad that he died. 

I flushed him down the toilet and said a quick goodbye and tried to quickly clean the bowl out so the other fish did not have to swim in that.... :(

Every one seems to be down today. 

For some reason I am in a super good mood and trying to not let other's attitudes get me down.

That is one of the major problems here.. moods and attitudes are kind of contagious here... ecspecially  because everyone is soo close here.

I found myself hanging out with people that i have not.. It was a very good time this weekend. I had many adventures, spent about 2 hours making faces(which my lips were swollen from today), laughing my face off, making other people laugh, and having a bunch of townies want to fight us at McDonalds... we just told them that we had no problem and they all left.

Well.. now i need to do some homework... NO more procrastinating!!! 

ENCOUNTER

This weekend is encounter.

There are 300+ high school students on campus. 

It is sweet to have this many kids here. 

Lines for food are a bit intense. 

Worship last night was sweet

Bethany Live was also very sweet

A group of guys danced to an Insync song and called themselves Pacific. :P lol 

They were pretty decent and hilarious.

Trevor and Amanda Stolt did a little skit/song thing together that was pretty funny

The best was the last one. 3 guys and 3 girls did a skit about elderly people in church.. It was pretty hilarious

We have 3 girls staying in our appartment. I thought that showers and stuff would be tricky but itworked out just fine this morning..

I am feeling a little stressed because i have a bit of homework to do but also feel like i should probably be like talking to all the kids...

35 DAYS UNTIL HOME!!!!

i am soooo excited to go home and see everyone.. 

I also know that once I am there I will be eager to come back and see everyone ecspecially since there are going to be so many interns returning and the guys will be living here..

IT WILL BE A GOOD SECOND SEMESTER!!!
